For account, purchase, privacy, safety, or technical questions, email us and include the device model and iOS version when relevant.

Account and privacy

You can change your profile and location-sharing preferences inside the app. To request account deletion or access to your personal data, email jakub.zitko@icloud.com from the address connected to your account.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. You can view, change, or cancel them in iOS under Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting RaceIt does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Safety

Do not operate RaceIt while driving. Follow traffic laws and use a passenger for any interaction that requires attention. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Response time

We normally reply within two business days. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials.
