Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RaceIt mobile application, website, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required where you live, and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Safe and lawful use

• Do not interact with RaceIt in a way that distracts you while operating a vehicle. Use a passenger or stop safely before handling your phone.
• Obey speed limits, road rules, access restrictions, and instructions from authorities.
• Do not use RaceIt for street racing, reckless driving, stalking, harassment, trespass, or locating someone without authorization.
• Do not rely on RaceIt for emergency response, collision detection, navigation accuracy, or safety-critical decisions.

Location, friends, and voice

Some features share your location or activity with people you select. Review sharing settings carefully and invite only people you trust. Maps, locations, speeds, routes, presence, and arrival estimates can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Live voice rooms are for lawful communication; do not record others without permission or share abusive or illegal content.

Your content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RaceIt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and provide the Services. You must have the rights needed to submit content. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten users or the Services.

Subscriptions and purchases

RaceIt may offer auto-renewing monthly or annual subscriptions and free trials through Apple. Prices, trial eligibility, and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, a subscription renews automatically and Apple charges the applicable price. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law. Deleting the app or your RaceIt account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

License and restrictions

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not reverse engineer where prohibited, scrape, disrupt, bypass security or access controls, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, automate abusive access, or use the Services to infringe rights or law.

Third-party services

The Services may rely on Apple, maps, hosting, communications, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. RaceIt is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may update these Terms and will post the updated date. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaceIt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid RaceIt during the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using RaceIt at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Apple terms

If you obtain RaceIt through Apple's App Store, Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Your license is also subject to Apple's applicable usage rules. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where required, Apple's terms control.
